Generally the cost for a new challenge course, including several low and high elements, climbing equipment and design and installation, will begin at between $8,500 - $10,000. Each of our custom quotes will include and outline each cost so that there are no surprises.
To add to your existing course a general cost range is from $1000 to $1400 per element.
Several of our specialty elements range in cost from $1,500 to $3,200. However, an average cost for a standard high element is around $1,200.
High elements may be built in trees or on new treated Class II utility poles. Cost of poles and guy wires are not included in the general cost of the element. Although the use of trees is more cost effective initially, and in general does not damage them, we may recommend the use of poles for your site.
To add to your existing course a general cost range is from $450 to $850 per element.
We strongly recommend that prior to installing your challenge course on trees, they be inspected by a qualified arborist. This inspection will contribute to the selection of trees utilized in the course, to the long term health of the trees and to the integrity of your challenge course.
Yearly inspection, maintenance, staff training and climbing equipment replacement will generally cost from $1200 to $1500 per year.
