By placing an order with Challenges Unlimited Inc. the customer acknowledged it has read, understands and is in agreement with the following:
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Please add G.S.T. (applicable on all orders) and P.S.T. (if ordering from within Ontario) to all prices.
SHIPPING: Prices are FOB our office. Shipping costs will be added to invoice. C.U.I. is not liable for and customer will not be compensated for delays in delivery or failure to deliver when the item is out of stock for any reason.
PAYMENT: Net 30 days from date of invoice. A 2% finance charge will be added to past due accounts. A $15.00 service fee will be charged for every check returned by the bank. We do not accept payment by credit card.
RETURN POLICY: CUI will not accept returns on any climbing equipment.
WARNING: Equipment manufactured and/or sold by Challenges Unlimited Inc. is intended for use only by professionals trained and experienced in its use, inspection and maintenance. Serious injury and death are among the risks of activities that use this type of equipment. Proper training, knowledge and good judgment are mandatory in the use of this equipment.
The customer acknowledges that the risk of use of the equipment shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. The purchaser/user of the equipment is responsible for reading the product warnings, instructions and labels, including those provided by the manufacturer; and for inspection of the equipment immediately after receipt and before and after each use. Proper training in the use of this equipment, by a professional in the field, is the responsibility of the purchaser/user. Do not alter the equipment in any way. A user of the equipment must not exceed his or her level of competency in that use. Failure to follow these and other appropriate safety precautions may result in serious injury or death.
