WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
To create intensive learning opportunities, workshops are restricted to a maximum of 10 participants.
- To register, please complete the Workshop Registration Form provided for you. Click here to go open the form.
- Send this form, with 50% deposit to reserve your training spot, to Challenges Unlimited. Once your deposit has been received, your training spot will be reserved and a Training Information Package will be sent to you.
- Please make cheque payable to Challenges Unlimited Inc
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the workshop will forfeit 50% of the total workshop fee.
- CUI Level 2 Pre-Requisite Form: Students applying to register in the CUI Level 2 certification workshop who have not completed a CUI Level 1 certification workshop must demonstrate that they have the pre-requisite training and experience to register directly into the CUI Level 2 workshop. Please fill out the CUI Level 2 Pre-Requisite Form and send it to CUI. It will be determined as to whether you are eligible to register directly into the CUI Level 2 certification workshop.
